If at any point in time you contact me for patient care, you will be directed to our Patient Portal and our patient-practitioner relationship will be governed by the terms provided to you in that process. Patient information is protected health information under HIPAA and is stored in our HIPAA compliant patient portal. Patient information is also protected under Massachusetts law.
Protected health information is governed by its own HIPAA compliant privacy terms.
